1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, browsing, or purchasing products on the Smart Shop platform (referred to as "Smart Shop", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Account & Eligibility

To participate in the Smart Shop shopping and referral rewards program:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration (including full name, valid mobile number, and valid email address).
• Each individual is permitted only one primary membership account unless explicitly authorized in writing. Duplicate accounts intended to manipulate the referral structure are strictly forbidden.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login password, and Transaction PIN.

3. Affiliate Network & Referral Commissions

Smart Shop operates a multi-level referral and direct product reward system:

• Commissions and bonuses are credited based on genuine product purchases, member activation PINs, and confirmed downline sales activity.
• Referral commissions are calculated automatically by the system and reflected in the member's wallet balance.
• Smart Shop does not guarantee fixed financial returns or investment yields. All earnings are strictly performance-based according to active sales volume and network rules.
• Cross-sponsoring, poaching members from other teams through deceptive means, or misrepresenting the platform's compensation model will lead to immediate account suspension.

4. E-Commerce Purchases & Orders

All product orders placed through the Smart Shop catalog are subject to product availability and order confirmation:

• Prices, specifications, and product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Once an order is confirmed, dispatch details and tracking IDs are provided in the member order tracking dashboard.
• Applicable delivery charges, if any, are clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Wallet, PINs & Payout Withdrawals

Wallet funds, activation PINs, and withdrawal payouts are governed by the following guidelines:

• Wallet balances can be utilized for product purchases, member-to-member transfers, or bank withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests require successful KYC verification and valid bank account / UPI details.
• All withdrawals are subject to standard verification processing and applicable service deductions / TDS as mandated by government tax regulations.
• Smart Shop reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation if fraudulent activity or system exploitation is detected.

6. KYC Verification & Compliance

To comply with statutory financial norms, users must upload genuine identification documents (such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, and bank passbook/cancelled cheque) for verification. Submitting forged, altered, or stolen documents will result in permanent account termination and legal reporting.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

Users agree not to engage in:

• Attempting to hack, probe, decompile, or exploit any vulnerability in the Smart Shop system or APIs.
• Using automated bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized scripts to submit data or execute orders.
• Defaming, slandering, or publishing misleading claims about Smart Shop, its management, or members on public forums.
